Q. This is something that goes through my head a lot when I read about IA. If IA is a good thing then do you also believe that opened borders is a good thing? I'm curious because there is so much controversy on both. Isn't taking children from other countries the same thing as opening our borders? I don't think IA is a good thing, however I am not completely against opened borders because American was founded as a nation of immigrants. I think all IA should have access to a dual citizenship. ETA: Personally, as an IA who had no choice on becoming an American citizen, I think that law abiding people of other nations who really wish to be Americans should have the right to come here and become an American. No one here in America has the right to say that certain people should stay out or "go back where they came from" unless you are a Native American whose ancestry goes back thousands of years here.
