A. Might want to get a GPA at 3.5 and up if you want to get into UCLA. Major-wise you should be fine. And make sure you do well on GRE's.

Masters Degree in International Development or Development Economics?
Q. Which degree is better? I want to be involved in development work as a career choice. I have a background in Civil Engineering. I have taken 3 economics courses in college: Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, and Engineering Economics. I would just like to know which degree would be more powerful, or in other words would enable me to make a difference. For example, inorder to be a senior excutive in corporation, one has to have an M.B.A. So I'm thinking more along those lines.
