Venezuela (pronounced /ˌvɛnɨˈzweɪlə/ or /ˌvɛnɨˈzwɛlə/; in Spanish pronounced [beneˈswela]), officially titled Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela (Spanish: República Bolivariana de Venezuela), is a tropical country on the northern coast of South America. It is a continental mainland with numerous islands located off its coastline in the Caribbean Sea. Venezuela possesses recognized borders with Guyana to the east of the Essequibo river, Brazil to the south, and Colombia to the west. Trinidad and Tobago, Grenada, St. Lucia, Barbados, Curaçao, Bonaire, Aruba, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines and the Leeward Antilles lie just north, off the Venezuelan coast. Its size is 916,445 km² with an estimated population of 26,414,816. Its capital is Caracas. The colors of the Venezuelan flag are yellow, blue and red, in that order: the yellow stands for land wealth, the blue for courage, and the red for independence from Spain. A former Spanish colony, which has been an independent republic since 1821, Venezuela holds territorial disputes with Guyana, largely concerning the Essequibo area, and with Colombia concerning the Gulf of Venezuela. In 1895, after the dispute over the Essequibo river border flared up, it was submitted to a "neutral" commission (composed of United Kingdom, United States and Russian representatives and without a direct Venezuelan representative), which in 1899 decided mostly against Venezuela's claim. Venezuela is known widely for its petroleum industry, the environmental diversity of its territory, and its natural features. Venezuela is considered to be among the world's 18 most biodiverse countries, featuring diverse wildlife in a variety of protected habitats. Venezuela is among the most urbanized countries in Latin America; the vast majority of Venezuelans live in the cities of the north, especially in the capital Caracas which is also the largest city. Other major cities include Maracaibo, Valencia, Maracay, Barquisimeto and Ciudad Guayana. From Wikipedia under the

Best time: Late December - January Dry season (no rain), sunny most of the time, nice weather, the city is less congested, parties, New Year's eve, etc. Tickets: Miami and Bogota are the best options, both are close and have good prices. Get the tickets as soon as possible, fly during the week (tuesday/wednesday), etc. Answered by Enrique - Wed Jul 23 12:21:19 2008 How can I find a way to export used autos to Venezuela from the US and not have titling problems? Your best bet is to talk to the governing authorities. If you couldn't figure this out on your own, then I question if you should even be trying this. Answered by R. Q. The highest recorded waterfall in the world is found at Angel Falls in Venezuela. Its longest single waterfall has a height of 807 m. If water at the top of the falls is at 12.5 C, what is the maximum temperature of the water at the bottom of the falls? Assume all the kinetic energy of the water as it reaches the bottom goes into raising the water's temperature. Asked by geekness - Tue Apr 21 20:01:11 2009 - - 1 Answers - 0 Comments A. Potential energy = mgh = Thermal energy = specific heat of water * m * deltaT Solve for the change in temperature: deltaT = gh / specific heat of water Tfinal = Tinitial + deltaT = Tinitial + gh / specific heat of water They give you the height and initial temp. You know g. Look up the specific heat of water (in joules / kg degC). Plugnchug.
